I was the classic high-achiever who couldn't translate success into connection. High IQ, decent EQ. Missing SQ. The problem was never my work ethic. It was that nobody taught me how to navigate people.

So I started a podcast. Documenting my journey to figure this out. Someone from Google found it. Shared it with a friend at Apple. Apple featured us on the iTunes homepage. We got a show on SiriusXM, then the Today Show.

That was 19 years ago. I spent 5 years reverse-engineering social intelligence. What to say, when to say it, who to say it to. We call it the Social Intel Triangle. We review every application individually. If it looks like a fit, you'll get a link to schedule a strategy call with someone from our team. On that call, we'll learn more about your situation, walk through how the program works, and figure out if it makes sense for both sides. There's no pressure and no hard sell.

60-90 minutes per week for live Dojo sessions. Optional 15-30 minutes of practice between sessions. All sessions are recorded, so if you travel or have a conflict, you can watch the replay. Most members do the program alongside demanding careers. The structure is designed for people who are busy, not people with empty calendars.

XFA is a 12-month coached mentorship. The investment is in the low four figures for the year, with payment plans available. To put that in context, most executive coaches charge $500-$1,000 per hour.
