X-Factor Accelerator
You're in the Room. You're Not in the Conversation.
You've read about it, thought about it, worked on yourself.
Your conversations still don't lead anywhere real.
You've built a career that commands respect. You earn well. You're good at what you do.
But people respect you for what you produce, not who you are. Colleagues, not confidants. Respected, not reached for.
Only 7 spots available this month
We've coached Olympians, Navy SEALs, Special Forces operators, and billionaires.

The Gap
Connection Keeps Flattening Out
Your Relationships
The people closest to you get the competent version. Not the full version. You're in your head when you should be in the moment. The friendships you have are functional, not deep. You haven't made a real friend in years.
"I miss out on so many opportunities to build potentially great relationships."
Conversations
People enjoy talking to you in the moment, then never follow up. You leave the room and nobody reaches out. The network you want isn't building itself.
"I don't know how to get people to pursue talking to me or get follow ups."
Here's the thing. The gap isn't about self-awareness. You already know what's wrong.
It's about a set of skills nobody taught you.
The Origin
I Built My Career on Hard Work. It Wasn't Enough.
I grew up in a blue-collar household. Single dad. He told me hard work and education were the paths to success. So I did what he said.
I went pre-med. Got a research job in cancer biology. Spent a year on a project, got great results. Then Stanford scooped us. I went from potential first author to third author. A year of my life. Zero credit.
Hard work wasn't enough. I was smart enough. I wasn't connected enough.
I was the classic high-achiever who couldn't translate success into connection. High IQ, decent EQ. Missing SQ. The problem was never my work ethic. It was that nobody taught me how to navigate people.
So I started a podcast. Documenting my journey to figure this out. Someone from Google found it. Shared it with a friend at Apple. Apple featured us on the iTunes homepage. We got a show on SiriusXM, then the Today Show.
That was 19 years ago. I spent 5 years reverse-engineering social intelligence. What to say, when to say it, who to say it to. We call it the Social Intel Triangle. Since then, I've coached 12,200+ men across 64 countries through the same gap I fell into. The gap between being valued for your output and being valued as a person.
7 spots per month. We're selective because the program only works with the right people.

The System
8 Proprietary Frameworks. 19 Years of Research.
Each framework solves a specific problem. Named so you can reference it. Practiced so you can use it. Measured so you know it's working.
Intrigue Framework
How to introduce yourself so people remember you and want to talk again. No elevator pitches. No awkward small talk.
Elicitation Protocol
Ask questions that make people open up without making the conversation feel forced. Adapted from intelligence community interview techniques.
High-Value OS
Fix the subtle signals that make people overlook you in a room. One member got invited to three events he'd been excluded from within a month.
Identity Markers
Read what someone actually values in the first 5 minutes, so you know how to earn their trust and respect.
Value Flywheel
15-minute daily habits that compound your influence over time. One member went from zero network to 40+ warm contacts in 90 days.
Social Capital Networking
Turn acquaintances into advocates who open doors for you. Not collecting contacts. Building people who vouch for you when you're not in the room.
The Aura Framework
Control how people experience you before you say a word. Body language, vocal tone, and presence calibrated for high-stakes rooms.
Social Sales Funnel
A repeatable process to turn social connections into real opportunities. Business deals, referrals, partnerships. Without ever feeling transactional.
What Makes This Different
- ● Backed by 19 years of real-world coaching data from 12,200+ alumni
- ● Framework-heavy: Named systems you can practice and measure
- ● Relationship-first: 87% of members came for relationships, not career
- ● Coached, not lectured: Feedback loops, video review, group accountability
What a Year Looks Like
What a Year Inside XFA Looks Like
This isn't a course you watch alone. It's a coached, practiced, and measured transformation system with feedback loops at every stage.
Rapid Results 1-on-1 Onboarding
Your personal diagnostic. Most coaching programs throw you into a group. We start with a 1-on-1 session to map exactly where you are and build your custom plan.
8 Proprietary Frameworks
From the Intrigue Framework to the Social Sales Funnel. Each one is battle-tested across 12,200+ alumni. You won't find these in any book.
Weekly Persuasion Skills Dojo
Live group sessions. Real practice. Real feedback. This is where the transformation happens. Not in a video library. In the room.
AI Coaches (Available 24/7)
Practice high-stakes conversations at 2am. Rehearse a pitch before the meeting. Get instant feedback trained on our methodology.
Peer Accountability Cohort
A small group of analytical professionals. Not a Facebook group. A cohort of people who think like you, working on the same things.
12,200+ Alumni Network
Connections, referrals, and relationships that compound. The network effect alone has changed careers.
Performance Continuation Guarantee
We keep coaching until you get 3 measurable wins. Not a refund. A commitment.
What the Time Commitment Looks Like
Most executive coaches charge $500-$1,000 per hour. The full year of XFA costs less than 8 sessions at that rate.
Real Results
They Were Where You Are
Chris R., 33
Wealth Manager
"The confidence I gained wasn't a feeling. It tangibly boosted my business AND completely changed my relationship with my wife."
The Shift
Chris came in thinking he needed better networking skills for his wealth management practice. He got that. But the bigger shift happened at home. The same frameworks that helped him read clients and build trust in boardrooms transformed how he showed up in his marriage. His wife noticed before he did.
Mark S., 44
"I thought this was about charisma. It ended up saving my marriage."
The Shift
Mark applied because he felt invisible in professional settings. Respected, not reached for. What he didn't expect was that the communication frameworks would reshape his most important relationship. The marriage he thought was "fine" turned out to be on autopilot. The tools gave him a way back in.

Senior Software Engineer, Unicorn Startup
David Pavel
Senior Software Engineer, Unicorn Startup
"70% of the job is social skills. 30% technical competence. I was underpaid for 9 years because I got that ratio backwards."
The Shift
David was a strong engineer getting passed over. He kept his head down, shipped great code, and assumed results would speak for themselves. They didn't. After XFA, he stopped being the guy who does good work and started being the guy people want in the room. He survived two more layoffs because, in his words, "people like me."
Boris D.
Senior Software Engineer, European Immigrant
Boris D.
Senior Software Engineer, European Immigrant
Boris D.
Senior Software Engineer, European Immigrant
"The program made me view people as doors to new opportunities."
The Shift
Boris had technical success but was culturally isolated. Networking felt like a chore. The frameworks gave him a repeatable process for building relationships that felt strategic instead of draining. His network became an asset, not an obligation.
The Real Cost
The Math Most People Refuse to Do
Every month you wait, you're paying for this program anyway.
You're paying with the conversation that could have changed your career. The room you weren't invited back to. The relationship that's on autopilot when it could be the best thing in your life.
Social skills compound. Every quarter without them is a quarter of missed connections you can't get back.
We accept 7 new members per month. Not because we want to create false scarcity. Because the program involves live coaching, 1-on-1 sessions, and personalized feedback. Quality degrades above that number.
Qualification
This Isn't for Everyone
This Is for You If:
- You've been in your career long enough to know what you're capable of, and you can feel a gap between your results and how people experience you
- You're solid one-on-one, but groups and higher-stakes moments flatten you
- People respect you, but something subtle keeps holding you back from the connections and opportunities you want
- You've tried books, podcasts, maybe therapy, and you're ready for a system instead of scattered advice
- You're at a point where you're ready to invest in yourself, not your career alone. Time, energy, and resources.
This Is NOT for You If:
- You think this is about pickup lines, manipulation, or "hacks." This is a relationship mastery system for professionals, not a shortcut playbook.
- You want to consume more content without practicing. You've already tried books, podcasts, and self-directed effort. More information is not your problem.
- You're not ready to invest time, energy, and resources in yourself. This program works because members show up, practice, and stay accountable.
- You're in active crisis. If you're dealing with a mental health emergency or active addiction, we'll point you to better resources first.
The Performance Continuation Guarantee
Here's how confident we are in this system.
Show up to 80% of weekly Dojo sessions. Apply the frameworks in real situations. Do the practice assignments.
If you don't hit 3 measurable wins within your first year, we keep coaching you at no extra charge until you do. No time limit on the continuation. We stay in your corner.
A "win" means something you can point to:
- ▪ A relationship that deepened because you knew what to say
- ▪ A room you got invited back to because of how you showed up
- ▪ A conversation that turned into a real connection, referral, or opportunity
Not feelings. Not vibes. Outcomes you can name.
How it works: You and your coach define your 3 target wins at onboarding. We track progress together. If you complete the program and still haven't hit them, continuation kicks in automatically. If you stop showing up (below 80% attendance), the guarantee pauses until you re-engage.
We don't do money-back guarantees. A refund means we failed and walked away. That's not how we operate. We stay until it works.

The Other Side
90 Days from Now
Picture this.
You walk into a room and people notice. Not because you're loud. Because something shifted in how you carry yourself.
Conversations stop dying at surface level. They go somewhere real. You ask the question that makes someone lean in and say "nobody's ever asked me that before."
Your wife stops getting the leftover version of you. She gets the real one. And she notices before you do.
The friend group you've wanted for years starts forming. Not through apps or forced networking. Through genuine connection with people who get you.
At work, you stop being the person who does great work. You become the person people want in the room.
These aren't aspirations. They're the three most common outcomes reported by members in their first 90 days.

FAQ
Questions
We review every application individually. If it looks like a fit, you'll get a link to schedule a strategy call with someone from our team. On that call, we'll learn more about your situation, walk through how the program works, and figure out if it makes sense for both sides. There's no pressure and no hard sell.
60-90 minutes per week for live Dojo sessions. Optional 15-30 minutes of practice between sessions. All sessions are recorded, so if you travel or have a conflict, you can watch the replay. Most members do the program alongside demanding careers. The structure is designed for people who are busy, not people with empty calendars.
XFA is a 12-month coached mentorship. The investment is in the low four figures for the year, with payment plans available. To put that in context, most executive coaches charge $500-$1,000 per hour. A full year of XFA costs less than 8 sessions at that rate. We'll walk through the details on your strategy call.
Books and podcasts give you information. Therapy helps you process the past and manage mental health. XFA is a skill-building system with coached practice, video feedback, and accountability. Many of our members work with therapists and find XFA complementary. Therapy gives you insight into why you feel a certain way. XFA gives you the frameworks to do something about it in real time.
Most of our members are introverts. The program was built for analytical professionals who think in systems. Introversion isn't the problem. Lack of a framework is. You don't need to become an extrovert. You need repeatable processes for reading social situations and responding strategically. The frameworks give you structure so you're not relying on charisma or spontaneity.
Both. You start with a 1-on-1 diagnostic session to map where you are and build your plan. Weekly Dojo sessions are small-group (not a 200-person webinar). You also get AI coaches available 24/7 for practice. The combination matters: 1-on-1 for your specific situation, group for real-time practice with other analytical professionals.
Tell them it's a skill-building program, not therapy and not a self-help seminar. The focus is communication frameworks that improve every relationship, including yours with them. 87% of our members came because they wanted better relationships, not career advancement. About half are married. Many partners notice the difference within the first few weeks.
No. 87% of our members are relationship-motivated in the broadest sense. Building friendships, deepening a marriage, earning trust at work, growing a network. About half our members are in relationships or married. The frameworks apply everywhere people interact.
That's the number one pattern we see. Timing is the most common objection in our data. Here's what we've learned from 19 years: the people who wait for the 'right time' don't find it. The ones who start now and adapt are the ones who see results. We accept 7 new members per month. The strategy call is a conversation, not a commitment.
Then we'll tell you. We turn away applicants who aren't ready or who would be better served by something else. The application exists so we can be honest with each other before anyone commits.
